The Pastificio del Golfo Company is located in the Municipality of San Giovanni a Piro, close to the hamlet of Scario and the hamlet of the Municipality of Santa Marina, Policastro Bussentino, in the Province of Salerno, on the coast of the Cilento National Park. The company deals with the production of pasta, selecting the best raw materials deriving from Italian cultivation, the processing takes place according to ancient tradition, finding the right combination of innovation and manual skills. In our Pastificio 18 Formats of Fresh Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta and 27 Formats of Dry Pasta are processed, the Bronze drawing gives our Pasta a typical porosity and roughness that retains sauce and seasoning. We also produce pasta using flours grown in the Cilento area without the use of chemical fertilizers. The company pays particular attention to cultural events and visits to the laboratory, in particular with schools, which periodically participate in the production activity. It is possible to reach our company along the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway heading south, exit at Padula-Buonabitacolo and take the SS17 up to Policastro Bussentino, at the crossroads turn right until you reach Località Hangar.
